I bring over 20 years of experience in somatic psychotherapy, trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and women’s life stage support. My approach is slow, sensitive, and respectful of where you are — and where you’re longing to go.

  • Somatic EMDR or mindfulness to release emotional residue

  • Nervous system techniques to create safety and steadiness

  • Simple, personal rituals to mark what’s ending — and what’s beginning
