We’ll go slowly, supporting your body and nervous system as much as your mind. When we tend to your system with care, healing becomes possible in ways that don’t require pushing or reliving.

Through the lens of Polyvagal Theory, we’ll explore how your nervous system shapes how safe, connected, or overwhelmed you feel. You'll learn to recognise your patterns and develop ways to regulate, so you’re not constantly swinging between shutdown and anxiety.

We hold stories in our bodies, not just our minds. Somatic therapy helps you gently reconnect with sensations, memories, and emotions stored beneath the surface. This work helps you feel more grounded, present, and able to respond to life with greater ease and resilience.
