Cancellation Policy

​Cancellation / Rescheduling of One to One Therapy within 24hrs of your appointment time will incur full fee payment.  This is in line with industry standards regarding cancellation policies for psychotherapists and counsellors.

Confidentiality  

 Your Privacy is important to me. All interactions which take place in the setting of therapy are considered confidential. This includes requests by telephone, all interactions with me, any scheduling or appointment notes, all session content records and any progress notes that I take during your sessions. You may choose to give me permission in writing to release any or specific information about you to any person or agency that you designate.
 
Limits to this Agreement

The exceptions to this are :
1.        If I am concerned for your safety or the safety of someone else.
2.        When subpoenaed by court, or
3.        When required by law (e.g. Mandatory Reporting for child protection, unlawful activity).
4.       There may be times when I confidentially consult with outside sources (colleagues) about cases. In these  cases, no personally identifiable information will be used to discuss this case. Discussion topics will be used in order to ensure that I am getting and giving the best assistance possible.
